Mousey is a tiny background process that nudges your mouse cursor periodically. The only useful situation I can think of for this is when your Screen Saver controls have been hijacked, (perhaps by your employer), and you would like to override that policy. Use at your own risk...
And don't forget to lock your screen manually -- always within the required interval ;-)
When mousey is running you will see the orange traffic cone in the system tray, (see, it's "reserving" your screen):
Right-click to exit or pause execution.
